Judith Ojo is the Founder and CEO of HR Media & Co., a minority women-owned HR consulting and staffing firm headquartered in Midtown Manhattan.

 

With over a decade of human resources experience across the nonprofit, government, and corporate sectors. Judith is known for her strategic, human-centered approach to transforming workplaces.

 

Judith leads the firm’s holistic service offerings from Talent Acquisition and Workforce Development to Employee Experience and Organizational Design. She is also the creator of AI Ready: AI for the Future of Work™, a forward-thinking initiative that helps companies integrate AI with intention, ethics, and empathy while keeping people at the center.

 

Her work has earned national recognition, including honors from Manage HR Magazine and Marquis Who’s Who in America. Judith holds a B.A. in Communications from Alabama State University and an M.P.A. from the Illinois Institute of Technology. In addition to her professional work, Judith is deeply involved in community service and advocacy throughout New York City.

 

Judith actively serves on the Direct Hire Council for the American Staffing Association, helping to influence key staffing industry decisions. Her dedication to education, equity, and civic engagement extends to her leadership roles on various boards and councils. As a committed community advocate, Judith is a member of Brooklyn Community Board #12, the Financial Secretary for OAN, Inc. (Organization for the Advancement of Nigerians), and the Northeast Regional Representative on the Executive Board of the Alabama State University National Alumni Association, where she supports initiatives that strengthen alumni connections and foster positive change.
